Our job—as product managers and entrepreneurs—is to notice problems. After all, problems exist; customers are under-served by today's solutions. But too many of us rely on reports or anecdotes from others instead of being face-to-face with potential customers.
Problem discovery isn't actually difficult... you just have to observe.
